How we share

With your express consent, we forward your project to up to 3 vetted HVAC contractors — typically Modernize Pro partners specializing in heat pump installs. No phone numbers shared for SMS without a second express consent.

Analytics

PostHog Analytics, hosted in the US. A first-party cookie and localStorage entry hold an anonymous distinct ID; session recording is off and no profile is created for anonymous visitors.
